I truly enjoyed almost every detail, including second to none staff and service. I was there for 4 nights and ate at casual restaurant on the 5th floor. Separate shower was spacious and everything was good.

Everything was very good, reasonably clean hotel, ideal location next to twin towers. The rooms turned out to be well-kept and top-notch with probably the best view, nice bed, access to the Club on the 32nd floor.

actually everything was well managed, my next choice again in kuala lumpur. i enjoyed the club king room which was light. the staff created a casual atmosphere. helpful service and an astonishing restaurant, available onsite. the customer service staff was professionally trained and the location was prime. sky bar was busy!
